Em França é proibido utilizar o telemóvel, mesmo após encostar e desligar o motor

Já sabemos que em França, ao nível rodoviário, as regras são cada vez mais apertadas e volta e meia lá sai mais uma medida que causa sempre um certo "burburinho".
Desta feita o assunto não é para menos...
A utilização do telemóvel vai ser restringida ao máximo, pelo que mesmo que se encoste o veículo na berma e se desligue o motor, arrisca-se quem o fizer a uma multa de €135, excepto se o fizer em "locais autorizados", ou em caso de acidente.
Apesar do artigo mencionar a restrição da sua utilização no interior de um automóvel, não estou totalmente seguro que de facto esta medida exclua os motociclistas... :pensador:

Rather than change the rule, the men in power simply adjusted the definition of what "circulating in traffic" means. To circulate implies the presence of motion, which is why texting or talking on the phone was allowed when pulled over.
Now, though, stopping on the side of the road and switching off the engine is not enough anymore. To be able to use your phone inside the car without risking a fine of 135 euros you now have to be parked in a designated spot.
