"A CONCEPT For now it is still a prototype but it could make its debut in society by 2020. We are at  Eicma 2018 at the stand of the Casa dei tre diapason where, in the spotlight, there is the brand new  Yamaha 3CT .

XMAX 300 ENGINE A prototype as mentioned, which confirms the Yamaha will to maintain the successful formula already tested with  Tricity but this time with a more performance engine that can also allow extra urban travel . Borrowed from the very popular XMAX 300, the new 28-horsepower monocilidico  is part of the Blue Core family that optimizes consumption and improves performance. With these credentials the Yamaha 3CT will plunge into the fray captained by the best seller of the category, the Piaggio MP3. 

ALWAYS STANDING The new Tilt Lock Assist system makes its debut on the Japanese three-wheeler, allowing you to stop without having to rest your feet on the ground while holding the scooter upright. A comfortable solution especially in city driving, characterized by numerous reboots, as the new Tilt Lock Assist  does not block the front suspension, thus ensuring greater fluidity in the starts or when moved from the parking lot

WHEN WE WILL SEE IT? That is still a concept it is understood by many details, one above all the strip of LED that goes around the saddle. The LED lights are very beautiful, and the three-spoke wheels with mini reinforcement trusses. When will we see it? Good question. Yamaha has not yet announced the release date but, as we said openly, in all likelihood it will not go beyond 2020."

...concept que pode dar "algumas luzes" sobre aquilo que pode vir a chegar ao mercado dentro de um par de anos.

A Yamaha parece que irá mesmo fabricá-la... 

Assim que abro a página da publicação Francesa Motoservices.com, dou logo de caras com a notícia de que a marca Japonesa vai prosseguir na sua ideia de ter mais modelos de 3 rodas, partindo neste caso para a produção desta...cujo protótipo (de nome 3CT) foi apresentado no último Salão EICMA.

Estas são imagens da patente registada pela marca...

Quanto ao nome, poderá quiçá ser Tricity 400....Tricity 530...não sei.
